If you are going to gift to another user, please use the SteamID64 (aka. Community ID) as the Username for the text entry. If you do not know what or where the SteamID64 is, please use sites such as Steam Finder to grab said unique ID in order to gift others.
Gifted purchases usually take until the next server map change or a re-log on our servers.
